Sonadow Vampire Story- Chap 17

Sonic reappeared in his bedroom, now in full blown tears. He lied down on his bed, wishing everything that just happened was a joke. He heard his door open, but he didn't care.

"Sonic.." A soft voice said, sitting on the bed next to him and putting a hand on his shoulder.

"Go... Away.." He muttered in between his tears as his ears folded back. He didn't want to talk. Not after what just happened.

"Sh.. Sonic.. I want to show you something.." Takila said, softly, scratching the hedgehog's right ear. The dark cat knew what had happened, and wanted to set things right with the two hedgehogs, just the way they should be.

"N-No.. Leave me a-alone.." He whispered. When Takila began to shake him, he growled and gave her a cold glare.

"Well, now that I have your attention.." She said with a smile as she held out her right hand. Above it, an image appeared of Shadow. It wasn't just in image, but there was also sound too. He looked so depressed and if you looked closely, you could see a tear or two.

"So, what? I don't care.." Sonic growled, lying back down. Shadow sighed and looked up at the sky. 'Why me? Why did this all have to happen to me?' He thought. His thoughts were turned to words, meaning Takila and Sonic could hear. The blue vampire sighed sadly as his ears folded back. He thought Shadow was talking about him. 'Why can't I even control my own fucking mouth?' He thought as he continued to walk. This caught Sonic's attention as his ears perked slightly.

'I think everything is going great, then something has to screw it up. I still can't beleive I said with to him.. Especially when I didn't mean it..' He thought as a tear slipped down his muzzle. Sonic quickly shot up, wide eyed as he stared at the 'video.' The dark hedgehog sighed again as his ears folded back, flat against his head. 'And why him.. Of all people..Why'd I have to flip him off? He probably hates me and there's nothing I can do about it. I don't know where he is or where he would go, which means I can't even apologize..' He thought stopping as his tears began to flow heavier.

Sonic looked at Takila. then at the image. The black and red cat was smirking, looking at the blue hedgehog. "Is.. Is this real?" He asked. Takila nodded. "As real as you or I am." She said as Sonic wiped his face. The blue hedgehog threw his arms around the cat. "Thank you.." He whispered as he let her go and disappeared in a dark light. He reappeared behind the weeping hedgehog.

Sonic smiled as he ran up and threw his arms around his waist, giving Shadow a shock. "Shadow.." He whispered with a smile, nuzzling into the back of his neck. Shadow turned his head and looked at the hedgehog in the corner of his eye. "S-Sonic?" He asked. "Oh, Shadow.. I love you." He whispered, giving the hedgehog a light kiss on the muzzle. He laughed slightly as he watched Shadow's muzzle turn a dark shade of red.

"Um.. O.k?" Shadow said confusedly. He thought that the hedgehog hated him no less then 20 minutes ago. Now, the same hedgehog was all over him. "Shadow." Sonic said, letting him go and waiting for him to turn around. "Look, Sonic.. I just wanted to s-" He started until he was cut off by soft, tan lips connecting with his own.
